Golf Lessons
I teach golf lessons in Carlisle, Cumbria, for all levels of golfer and for all motives to play.
Based at Eden Golf Club (Crosby-on-Eden), we have the facilities to be able to get a totally new player into the game or fine tune a game already well experienced.
As well as Adult tuition, I also have multiple children's golf lessons as groups or one to ones that run all through the year. Either option, we can build a great fun environment to learn and develop in.
Beginner Lessons
If you're just starting out in your experience as a beginner golfer or you have maybe taken a fair bit of time out to recover from THAT bad round a few years back, it doesn't have to be as confusing or difficult as we sometimes make it seem.
Believe it or not, Golf is often suggested as a way to relax!
I like to bring people into the game with a simple but effective structure. To slowly build up your technical ability, learning key points as we go, without overloading you hundreds of thoughts every time you try and swing a club. We will start small and learn fundamentally important concepts that we can easily bring into the longer swings with as little effort as possible.
Advanced Golf Lessons
All too known to the regular golfer is how easy it is to get stuck in a rut with this brilliant game. Sometimes a totally new approach can be a great way to kick us out of bad habits. I believe it was Einstein who said,
"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"
I think we are all culprits of this in golf....
My ethos is to get a total grasp on where your current golf is and why it's like that. From there, I like to set out a pathway to really develop our game from its weakest links up. We will work together to keep golf the enjoyable sport you know it to be. Whatever your reason to play, our golf lessons will push you onto your goals with a fun and relaxed style.
